Tharindu holds a Bachelor of Nursing Science with Honours from Open University Malaysia and a Master of Nursing Practice from the University of New England. He brings extensive experience across acute care, remote and rural emergency, and general practice, as well as over seven years in nursing education and healthcare administration, including training nursing students and curriculum development. FLECC-trained as a remote emergency nurse and assessor, he excels in working autonomously in high-pressure environments with limited resources. Tharindu has a strong passion for healthcare administration and the innovative use of digital health solutions, having designed, developed, and implemented programs that enhance clinical education and operational efficiency. With his combination of clinical expertise, leadership, and educational innovation, he is dedicated to improving the quality, efficiency, and patient experience in GP clinics.
