Our doctors can provide pathology referrals (blood tests) and radiology referrals (imaging) where clinically appropriate.
Common Pathology Tests
- Full blood count
- Cholesterol levels
- Diabetes screening
- Thyroid tests
- Iron studies
- Vitamin levels
Common Imaging Referrals
- X-rays
- Ultrasounds
- CT scans (if clinically appropriate)
Referrals are sent electronically after your telehealth consultation.
Good to know before you book your appointment:
- Referrals only – no result follow-up provided.
- No ongoing chronic disease management.
- Advanced imaging requires medical justification.
- Patients must have access to a regular GP for ongoing care.
Important – Results & Follow-Up Policy
This service provides referrals only.
We do NOT provide ongoing follow-up, result management, or treatment of pathology or imaging results.
All test results must be:
- Sent directly to your regular GP, and
- Followed up with your usual doctor for review and ongoing care.
It is your responsibility to ensure:
- Your regular GP’s details are provided
- Results are reviewed promptly
If you do not have a regular GP, we recommend arranging one before requesting tests.

Will you review my blood test results?
No. All results must be reviewed by your regular GP.
Will you contact me if results are abnormal?
No. Your regular GP is responsible for reviewing and managing results.
Can I request any test I want?
No. Tests must be clinically appropriate and medically justified.
What if something serious is found?
Your regular GP will manage abnormal or urgent results and arrange further care if needed.
