We provide telehealth-only medical consultations delivered by Australian-registered medical practitioners.

    Services may include:

    • Repeat prescriptions (where clinically appropriate)
    • Medical certificates
    • Simple referral letters

    We do not provide:

    • Emergency care
    • Complex or specialist medical assessments
    • Ongoing chronic disease management requiring physical examination
    • Face-to-face consultations
  3. Eligibility

    You must:

    • Be located in Australia at the time of consultation
    • Be at least 18 years of age, or have a parent/guardian present where applicable
    • Provide accurate, complete, and truthful medical information

Failure to provide accurate information may result in refusal of service.

  4. Clinical Discretion

All medical decisions, including whether to issue a prescription, certificate, or referral, are made at the sole clinical discretion of the consulting practitioner.

    Clinicians may:

    • Decline to prescribe medications
    • Limit the quantity or type of medication prescribed
    • Refuse to issue medical certificates or referrals
    • Terminate a consultation if telehealth is deemed inappropriate
  5. Prescribing Restrictions

In accordance with Australian law and professional standards:

    • Schedule 8 (controlled) medications will not be prescribed
    • Certain Schedule 4 medications may be restricted or unavailable via telehealth
    • Prescriptions may be refused if a physical examination is required
    • We do not provide replacement prescriptions for lost, stolen, or early refill requests
  6. Medical Certificates

Medical certificates are issued only when clinically justified and based on information provided during the consultation.

False declarations or misuse of certificates may result in refusal of service and reporting where required by law.

  7. Pathology / Radiology Requests & Referrals

Referral letters are limited to simple, non-urgent referrals. Acceptance of referrals is at the discretion of the receiving provider.

This service operates strictly as a referral-only provider.

    We do NOT:

    • Receive or routinely review pathology results
    • Monitor imaging results
    • Provide result follow-up consultations
    • Track abnormal findings
    • Recall patients for abnormal results
    • Provide ongoing management based on test outcomes

    All results MUST be:

    • Directed to your nominated regular GP

    • Managed by your regular GP

It is the patient’s sole responsibility to:

    • Provide accurate GP contact details
    • Ensure results are received
    • Arrange timely follow-up

Failure to arrange follow-up may result in delayed diagnosis or harm.

If you do not have a regular GP, you should establish ongoing care prior to requesting investigations.

  8. Fees and Payments
    • Consultation fees are payable upfront.
    • Fees are charged for the consultation itself, not for a guaranteed outcome.
    • No refunds are provided if a prescription, certificate, or referral is not issued following a clinical assessment.
  9. Privacy and Confidentiality

We comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

Your personal and health information will be collected, stored, and disclosed only as required to provide care or comply with legal obligations.

  10. Limitation of Liability
    • We are not liable for any loss or harm arising from reliance on telehealth services where face-to-face care was more appropriate.
    • We do not accept liability for decisions made based on incomplete or inaccurate information provided by you.
  11. Service Availability
    • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.
    • We may refuse service where clinically or legally required.
  12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia and the applicable state or territory in which the practitioner is registered.

Disclaimer

General Medical Disclaimer

The information and services provided on this website are for general informational purposes and telehealth medical consultations only. They do not replace comprehensive medical care delivered through face-to-face consultations.

All consultations are conducted via telehealth (video or telephone). We do not operate a physical clinic, and no in-person appointments are available.

Not for Medical Emergencies

Our services are not suitable for medical emergencies or urgent health conditions.

If you are experiencing severe symptoms, chest pain, shortness of breath, suicidal thoughts, or any other emergency, call 000 immediately or attend your nearest emergency department.

Limitations of Telehealth

Telehealth consultations have inherent limitations. Without a physical examination, diagnostic testing, or direct observation, there may be restrictions on:

  • The accuracy of diagnosis
  • The type of treatment provided
  • The ability to prescribe certain medications
  • The issuing of medical certificates or referrals

Clinicians may determine that your condition cannot be safely managed via telehealth, and you may be advised to seek face-to-face care.

Prescribing Limitations

Controlled medications, Schedule 8 medicines, drugs of dependence, and certain Schedule 4 medications may not be prescribed or may be significantly restricted via telehealth.

Repeat prescriptions are issued only at the clinician’s discretion and only where clinically appropriate.

We do not guarantee that a prescription, medical certificate, or referral will be provided.

No Guarantee of Outcome

  • A prescription
  • A medical certificate
  • A referral letter
  • Continuity of care beyond the consultation
