Dr Amalsha Kumarapperuma is a dedicated General Practitioner with nearly 12 years of experience across a broad range of medical fields. She obtained her medical degree (MBBS) in Sri Lanka in 2012 and completed a postgraduate Diploma in Geriatric Medicine in 2021.
Dr Amalsha worked in Sri Lanka for almost a decade before relocating to Adelaide in 2023. During her time in Australia, she worked in the Geriatric Unit at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital for 20 months, gaining invaluable experience within the Australian healthcare system.
In February 2025, she moved to Barham with her family and is now part of the team at Quantum Medical Centre Barham.
Dr Amalsha is committed to providing comprehensive, patient-centred care to the Barham community.
